Refund policy

USDF will accept for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 60 days from the receipt of the original order. Exchanges available as permitted by inventory stock. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns received without prior notification will be issued a refund only, less shipping fees.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

If you wish to return or exchange all or part of your order, please contact merchandise@usdf.org to notify us of package shipment including tracking number.

Digital Video refund requests must be made directly to Vimeo, within 30 days of purchase.
